Gin Matters has crafted a fantastic story in Hunting Camp. The vivid descriptions made me feel like I was right there in the woods with the characters, hearing every rustle and feeling every chill. The tension builds naturally, and the twists kept me guessing until the end. It’s rare to find a story that balances realism with heart this well. A wild and unforgettable story This book pulled me in right from the first page. The Adirondack setting feels so real that I could almost smell the pine trees and hear the crunch of snow underfoot. The mix of nature, friendship, and fear is perfectly balanced. The idea of a bio-engineered deer roaming the woods is both fascinating and terrifying. I couldn’t stop reading until the last page.

I really enjoyed Hunting Camp! Gin Matters has a gift for storytelling — the pacing is tight, the dialogue feels authentic, and the setting comes alive. It’s more than just a hunting story; it’s about courage, fear, and the bonds people form when tested by nature. Every page kept me hooked, and the ending was both surprising and satisfying. Definitely one of the best wilderness thrillers I’ve read this year.

Like a survival movie on paper The story unfolds like a great thriller film. The genetically engineered buck idea is pure genius, but what really got me were the human moments—the jokes, the tension, the fear that turns friends into survivors. I could see every scene play out in my head.
